Ho Ho Ho!

Ok I am a little late but I had to share the picture of Dacey and Santa....needless to say she is not a fan! It is kind of funny....now she says Ho Ho Ho any time she sees a Santa hat or a Santa Clause. Maybe next year she will like him!!

How Time Flies!!!

Ok you will have to bare with me...these pictures are very random and out of order but it takes too long to reorganize them!! I can't believe that it is already January and Christmas has come and gone. It is kind of scary that April is right around the corner and I still don't have anything in the babies room done.

We all had a great Christmas this year and of course Dacey got completely spoiled! I didn't do a very good job of taking pictures but here are a few!!


Moie and Papaw gave Dacey and American Girl Bitty Baby for Christmas and it came with everything. Daddy finally put the crib and high chair together and immediately Dacey thought they were for her!!

Here is another random picture. If you can see up close Dacey now puts her feet through the feet thing instead...she is so funny!

So in backwards order...last week Danny, Dacey and I went with Dustin and Leslie Ehler to Babies R Us in Springfield to pick out baby furniture. It was a very successful trip! Baby Kooi now has furniture on order and will hopefully be in soon. Dustin and Leslie also found furniture for their babies on the way! While we were there we decided to get Dacey a potty chair just so she can sit on it and get used to it. She has been pretty good about sitting on it but as soon as I take her diaper off and put her on it she gets the giggles and can't seem to sit still. She also thinks it is for her babies too!!

Oh my little sweet baby!! Here is Dacey in her Christmas dress in front of our Christmas tree. She helped a lot with decorating and redecorating the Christmas tree!! I can't wait to see both girls!

Here is Dacey playing with May-Ma as Dacey calls him (his name is Maynard!)! We got Dobie and Maynard both Christmas toys and they were hits with the animals and with Dacey!!

Dacey's presents from Santa in front of the tree. Dacey loves her rocking chair at my parents house so we decided she really needed one at home. That was the first thing she noticed when she went into the living room. I really didn't need to get her anything else but Santa couldn't help it!

Dacey and her love for her new bitty baby!! She got several babies for Christmas and she loves on ALL of them!!

Dacey loves her Dobie. I am so thankful that Dobie is good with her. Dobie was one of the first words Dacey learned how to say.

Dacey now says "Cheese" for me when I take her picture. She is too cute!!

We also went to the doctor the other day for baby Kooi and she is doing great. She is getting big!! We have another sonogram in a few weeks, but everything has been looking great.

It's Going to be a Girl!!!

We had our sonogram on Friday and Dacey is going to have a little sister. I can't wait to see my little girls playing. I am sure they are going to be the best of friends. The doctor said everything is going great and she weighed 10 ounces and she is right on schedule. We are so excited and can't wait until she gets here!! Now to pick out all the nursery stuff!!!!

Little Mommy

Dacey has really taken to babies lately. She takes her babies every where with her. She is so cute and I can't wait to see her with her new baby sister.

Happy Halloween!!!!

This year we celebrated Halloween all weekend long. I would guess I got my money's worth out of Dacey's costume!!! On Friday night we went to Trunk and Treat at our church. There were so many people there, but it was still a lot of fun. Dacey got to shoot some hoops with Pastor Ken. But her favorite thing to do was climb in and out of the beach chair! Then on Saturday we went to Tolono and got to Trick or Treat with Brock and Jillian. They were all so cute. It was so much fun watching them all. Dacey thought she was as big as they were. Then on Sunday evening we went to a costume party with Tanna's family. I thought I would ad a picture of what Danny and I dressed up as...

Fun with the Boys

This week Rusty, Emily, Ben and Grant were in town. Dacey got to play with the boys and she had so much fun. At the top you will notice Dacey climbing through an end table. Ben was standing and looking at it and then Dacey came over and moved him out of the way so she could climb in. But it was super cute when Dacey and Ben climbed into the seats together. Grant is in the third picture and he is a busy little bee. They are all so cute and the boys will be having a birthday on November 10th!!!
