6 Months!!!!

We have made it! Dacey is six months old and she is so much fun to be around. She has been sleeping through the night and eating so much better. I love it!!! At the sitter she has learned to eat cheerios, honey combs, and even the insides of a donut. She is still trying to crawl and walk at the same time. She can get around the room but not quite on all fours.

Practice makes perfect

With a little bit of aunt Robyn's help Dacey is starting to move. It doesn't look like she was too happy bit before this she was loving it!

We can't wait for spring!!!!

The other day when it was really nice Dacey and I tried out her "big girl" stroller. She did such a great job. We walked all the way to the post office and back and she never made a peep. She loved it. Then when I was making our way back home I looked in on her and she was fast asleep. We can't wait until it is nice out so we can do this every day!

Dacey is starting to move!!

In this first picture you can tell how far she has moved. I started her off on the pink blanket in the background. She found a way to get all the way over to the toys and turned back around to the blanket. She is able to roll both ways but she won't do it together so she moved using her arms, legs, and head! She wound up getting a rug burn under her nose. It was so exciting.

Can you tell who Dacey's new best friend is? This morning she looked up at Dobie and started talking to him. I can already tell she is going to love him as a big brother!

And here is a little clip of her moving. It was kind of hard for you to see just hom much she moved with my video. Once I would stop the video she would move a long ways!

Play Date

Just an update on Dacey's boyfriends! Dirksen is 2 and a half weeks older than Dacey. I can't wait until they are old enough for play dates. Braxton is the best big brother. They are all so cute!

Family Pictures

Grandpa White came to visit with little Dacey and she did so well for him. I was surprised she sat still long enough to have her picture taken. He also got to watch her show off her rolling skills. She has just recently started rolling from her back to her stomach.

5 Months!!

My baby is five months old. She went to the doctor a couple of weeks ago and she was 25 and 3/4 inches long and 14 pounds and 3.5 ounces. So she is in the 80th percentile for her height and the 45th percentile for her weight. So hopefully she will be tall and slender like her daddy!
